Dial D for drama
Worrying more than working is not the way to get a dissertation done.
Neither is eating ice cream.
Or watching random movies on TV like 'The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie'.
Although I have to say, that wasn't such a bad film; Maggie Smith is riveting in her role as a teacher at a conservative girls' school in 1930s Edinburgh.
As an aside - Does it frighten you that you can recognise glimpses of your own teachers in a schoolmarm from more than half a century ago? Down to the very words they used!
